About The Collage

About Us

Mahila College Khagaul was established in 1972 with the objective of providing quality higher education to students, particularly women, in the region. At its inception, the college offered undergraduate courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce streams. Over the years, it has emerged as one of the oldest and most reputed institutions in the field of education in the area.

Initially, the college functioned as a constituent unit of Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. Following the bifurcation of the university in 2018, the college is now a constituent college of Patliputra University, Patna.

The institution has consistently contributed to academic excellence by producing a number of scholars and responsible citizens. It is committed to imparting holistic education and fostering intellectual growth among its students.

The college is located at Khagaul, near Danapur Railway Station, and enjoys excellent connectivity through various modes of transportation. Students from different parts of the city and nearby suburbs can easily access the college via road and local train services, making it highly convenient for daily commuting.
